Wendy & the team have managed our out of office calls for years, after I had missed out on a large contract that was being offered to Citrus, but went elsewhere because a colleague did not advise me of the call. After that horror Livelink were recommended & the service is great. All the team are friendly to callers & promptly text/email details of call with details & accurate contact information & any details of the inquiry that can help the sales process. Holiday cover is excellent, even describing our service & taking orders! & the cost is no more than usual. 0845 calls are blocked, so we only pay for genuine callers. I couldn’t take telephone calls or call people back as I was travelling from 4am in the morning until 9pm at night and I was introduced to Wendy a couple of years ago by Libby Hill of Smart Talkers and Channel 4 ‘Naughty Children’ who Wendy was already working with.
