Wendy Norman

Wendy founded LiveLink in 2011 after building her career in luxury hotels and later coordinating the Norfolk NHS and Council Chief Executives Forum. Now based on the North Norfolk coast, she’s passionate about bringing people together — in business and in community — because she believes we’re always stronger together. As a rheumatoid arthritis awareness advocate, Wendy has appeared on TV and in print, sharing honest insights about living a full life with RA.

Jenn

Most of Jenn’s career has revolved around one key theme: people. Whether she’s diving into research and analysis or chatting directly with customers, she has always been deeply rooted in delivering outstanding service.

Jenn’s previous roles have armed her with a versatile toolkit of knowledge, experience, and adaptability - everything needed to create meaningful results and long-lasting success. She genuinely loves a challenge. No task is too small, and no problem is too puzzling when it comes to building a friendly, valuable, and supportive partnership for customers. After all, teamwork and great service are where the magic happens!

Lesley

Lesley is Livelink's bookkeeper, working from her home office and bringing over thirty years of valuable experience to her role.

Each day, Lesley enjoys either a walk around the beautiful village where she lives, or a swim at the local leisure centre. She loves spending time with her family, including her husband, grown-up children and their partners, and also looks after her elderly mother and Aunty. In her spare time, she has been known to visit a fair number of day spas with friends!

Your South African Team

We are a South Africa–based team with over two years of experience supporting healthcare practices, focused on helping organisations run smoothly while ensuring patients receive the care and attention they deserve.

Led by Corbin, and supported by team members Nicholas, Mishqah, and Caitlin, our young and dynamic team is highly adaptable, quick to learn, and committed to understanding the needs of both professionals and the people they serve. Our work is grounded in the belief that efficiency and compassion go hand in hand, and we take pride in treating every patient and customer with dignity, respect, and professionalism.

Our team has been mentored, trained, and overseen by Jenn, with ongoing development delivered through a collaborative training approach led by Jenn and Liz. This continuous guidance ensures our skills remain sharp, our standards remain high, and our approach continues to evolve alongside the needs of the practices and businesses we support.

While our foundation is rooted in healthcare, our skill set is broad and transferable, allowing us to support a wide range of operational and administrative functions across diverse environments. We are versatile, solutions-focused, and confident in adapting our processes to align with different workflows and expectations.
