Keeping your back office running smoothly by ticking off those daily tasks that take up your precious time.

This flexible service covers a wide range of tasks that keep your clinic running smoothly. This is most useful when combined with the Total Appointment Booking System, as the two systems work well together, providing a continuity of service for you and your patients.

Taking care of the paperwork so you don’t have to.

Working with insurers can be one of the least popular parts of running a clinic. We can manage this whole process, leaving you more time to treat patients – or get your evenings back!

Responding to your enquiries within 20 minutes to put you ahead of the competition.

Research shows that a lead is 60x more likely to qualify if they are contacted within an hour rather than being left for 24 hours. That’s not always easy when you’re treating patients and leads can drop into your inbox, socials or live chat at any time of the day. We’ll ensure every enquiry is responded to FAST.

A 3-month programme to rekindle patient loyalty.

Every clinic has lapsed patients that could be making you money. It is much less expensive to re-engage these patients than to find new ones. Sometimes, a nudge is all they need to rebook, saving you money on paid ads and endless hours on social media.

This is a 3-month programme designed to rekindle the patients that have lapsed over the past 6-18 months. We will design a bespoke plan that fits your business. It may include:

Speedy and temporary cover at short notice so your enquiries are answered when you’re unavailable.

Going on holiday? Feeling under the weather? Need to get to the kids’ Sports Day? We’ve got you covered! We recognise that not everyone needs or wants permanent full-time cover. You just want someone who can jump in when needed. That’s what Swift Support is for.

Simply purchase an annual package of hours that you can use at any time across the year. There is a simple fixed fee to cover everything, regardless of call volume.

A relaxed 60-minute conversation with Jenn about your business.

Sometimes you don’t need a new strategy. You need space to think.

This session is a chance to step back from the day-to-day and talk things through with someone who understands business. Perfect if your business feels busy but unclear, you’re unsure what to focus on next, you want to grow but not at the cost of your time, or you just need to sense-check your ideas. We will:

No pressure. No pitch. Just a useful conversation this will leave you with clearer thinking and a better sense of direction.
